Confidence and feeling comfortable in your own skin can be illusive, especially if you’re constantly on the move. There are some little, everyday indulgences you can take to boost your confidence level naturally so that you can feel better about everything you do.:

  1. Meditate, if only for a few minutes. Find a quiet space. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and think of a motivating mantra. You can do this. You will succeed. You’re ready. You’re amazing. Just give yourself time to think it and absorb.
  2. Slip into a nice, warm bubble bath in a scent you love. Allow yourself to relax and just “be” for the moment. When you step out of the tub, you’ll feel refreshed, relaxed, and ready for whatever comes next.
  3. Breathe deeply. Deep breathing in any situation can help you relax. The next time you feel nervous, unsure, or simply stressed out, do some deep breathing.
